Saturday- Cupboard rummage

My daughter and I had a very late lunch so no real dinner tonight - tea and toast!

Welcome

Hi! On this blog I will be recording our weekly menu and any hiccups we may encounter. As A family we like to eat well (mostly) but are on a very strict budget - usually under $100 a week for everything (including household/bathroom and pets). We get a $20 delivery of fruit and vegetables a week and I like to keep the protein content of meals to under $10 for three.

Our household consists of me and two teenagers plus a dog (small) and a cat.

If you see a meal that you would like the recipe for I would be happy to email it to you.
